In order to have adequate water pressure to this 7 story home, it was necessary to increase the size of the domestic water tap into the City water main. This required blowing a trench from our sidewalk vault with a high pressure air-hose towards the water main, located at center of the street. It was true coordination between the Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Protection, and our plumbing and street connection sub-contractors.
