Structural Engineering
We partner with architects, artists, and builders to achieve structurally elegant solutions that synthesize form, utility and economy. Our expertise includes specialty dynamic structures, inflated structures, high tensile cable nets and trusses, lightweight concrete, intricate steelwork, structural glazing, tensioned fabric and timber gridshells.

Construction Management
We effectively moderate the construction process on behalf of our clients under CM-at-risk, cost-plus-fee, and design-build formats. Services include value-engineering, budgeting, sub-contractor/vendor vetting, bid negotiation, means-and-methods solutions, project planning and scheduling, cost/time and quality controls.

Owner Representation
We represent directors, trustees and clients to provide guidance with RFQ/RFP release, contract review and development, programming and assessment, fundraising, project management, risk management, and contract administration. At the planning and pre-design stages we provide project feasibility studies to developers and end-users.
