Targeted for LEED Silver from the United States Green Building Council, this $15.6 million project is a mixed-use development located between Park Slope and the Gowanus Canal featuring 44 apartments and locally-owned retail stores. Every detail is being considered, inside and out: state-of-the-art heating and cooling system, bicycle parking, exposed concrete flat slabs, natural daylighting, cross ventilation and a roof garden. The design phase is complete, however the project is on hold.
