MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
New York, NY
2009
Agencie produced a Feasibility Report analyzing existing architectural layout, egress, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural conditions at these two Tribeca Structures. The two existing buildings were originally built to serve as an olive and cheese distribution facilities for famed importer of Greek specialty foods, KRINOS. The buildings, presumably built in the 1890's, feature high ceilings and were built in the late 19th-century masonry tradition. The buildings were converted to interim multiple dwellings under NYC's Loft Law in the 1970s.
